The post-appointment follow-up process

Modified on Tue, 26 Sep, 2023 at 1:41 PM

Upon the patient's arrival on the required appointment date, the receptionist will manually update the appointment status from "Scheduled" to "Arrival." Then, when it's close to the appointment time and the receptionist confirms whether the doctor is ready to see the patient, the status will be manually changed from "Arrival" to "Waiting."

Once the doctor opens the patient file, the appointment status will automatically change from "Waiting" to "Engaged." During the follow-up, the doctor can add vital signs under the "Vital" tab, make clinical notes for the patient's medical history, and add any services that the patient has received. These services can be selected from the "Billing" tab and will be used to generate invoices.

To schedule a follow-up appointment, you can use the "Visit Type" option.
