How The Permission Module Works on CloudPital ?

Modified on Thu, 12 Oct, 2023 at 12:33 PM

The Permission Module is a critical feature of Cloudpital that helps regulate access to data within the system. It controls user permissions and determines who can access specific sections of the platform.

To assign different levels of access to users based on their roles and responsibilities, the Permission Module is used. This means that a user's permissions will depend on their job title, department, and other factors.

By default, the Permission Module grants read-only access to all users, which means they can view data but cannot make any changes. However, administrators can modify these permissions according to their organization's needs.

Overall, the Permission Module plays a crucial role in maintaining data security and privacy on Cloudpital, making it an essential feature for any organization that values their data integrity.

To assign different levels of access to users based on their roles and responsibilities, follow the steps

Step One:

click on Permission: Select Role=> and Select Clinic (Branch) If there is any..

The Second Step:

  1. Grant the necessary permissions to the selected role, specifically the {role_name}. This role should have access to {list_of_permissions} in order to fulfil their responsibilities effectively. Please ensure that the permissions granted are appropriate and necessary for the role's duties, while also considering security and privacy concerns.
  2. click on Save.
