Whenever a new patient is added using the Quick Add feature, an appointment is automatically created. However, it is important for the system to assign a File No. to the patient before the appointment can be finalized. Therefore, the new patient should be sent to either the Nursing or Doctor's department to create a file for them. It is crucial to mark the new patient under the 'New Patient' Tab to differentiate them from existing patients.
Additionally, it should not be possible to set the appointment status as 'Confirmed' until a file has been created for the new patient. However, appointments for temporary patients can be deleted if needed. This process ensures that all new patients go through the necessary steps and paperwork before their appointment can be fully confirmed and their information is properly documented.
There are two methods to add new patients
First Method: Schedule => Click on Add New
Patient Medical No. (generated automatically and uniquely for each user).
Add information for every detail table.
Check availability for appointment rescheduling.
Click the save button after adding details.

Second Method: Client => Click on Add New
