Within this screen, the receptionist clicks on the "Consent Form" option.
When the receptionist clicks on the "Consent Form" option, the consent form screen opens.
Within this screen, the receptionist clicks on the "Plus" symbol to add a consent form as per the patient's specific requirements. The receptionist selects the appropriate consent form and saves it.
At the end of this process, the selected consent form will be displayed on the consent form screen.

- To begin, the receptionist starts by selecting the "Patient Appointment" option.
- When this option is chosen, it leads to the opening of the appointment details screen.
- Within the appointment details screen, the receptionist locates and clicks on the "Consent Form" option.
- Clicking on "Consent Form" then directs the receptionist to the consent form screen.
- Inside the consent form screen, the receptionist utilizes the "Plus" symbol to initiate the addition of a consent form tailored to the patient's specific requirements.
- The receptionist proceeds to select the appropriate consent form from the available options and ensures to save it.
- At the conclusion of this process, the selected consent form will be visible on the consent form screen, providing an efficient way to manage patient consent records.
