How Doctor add Patient Education in Cloudpital ?

In Cloudpital, doctors can easily add Patient Education to their clinical note screen.

Start by adding the two mandatory items, Chief Complaint and Disease Register, which are already included in the system.

In the clinical note screen window, you will see a section labeled "Patient Education." Click on this section to expand it.

Here, you can add any relevant patient education information. 

Once you have added all the necessary information, click "Save" to save the  Patient Education information. By click on the education the data will be show .
