Import Step-7: How to Import Chart of Accounts (CoA) for Finance in Cloudpital?

Importing a Chart of Accounts (CoA) for Finance in Cloudpital is a simple process that can be done in a few easy steps.

Click on the "Others" tab and select " Accounts" from the drop-down menu.

Click  on the top right corner of the page and select the Import Chart of Account.

Open the provided Sample file to view the imported Chart of Account  information. If you need to add new Chat of Account , you can use the same Excel Sample file. Simply enter the required information for the new staff members directly into the Excel file. Once you have added the necessary information, save the file.

Now click on the Map Fields to add the Fields.

After mapping click on next then you can preview your uploaded file in this screen by clicking on Import the Chart of Account file is imported successfully.
