How Doctor add notes about Patient Situation in Cloudpital?

As a Doctor, it is essential to keep track of your patients' medical history and current health situation. With Cloudpital, you can easily add Notes about your patient's condition and treatment progress. 

Step One:

Click on the "Notes" tab on the Clinical note screen.

StepTwo:

• Select the type of note you want to add, such as a progress note, medication note, or lab result note.
• Enter the relevant information in the note field, including any symptoms, diagnoses, treatments, or test results.
• Once you have entered all the necessary information, click "Save" to add the note to the patient's record.
