How to add the Accident / Work Related (Yes/No) dropdown in appointment screen works in cloudpital?

If you're using Cloudpital as your appointment management system, you may want to add the Accident / Work Related (Yes/No) dropdown to your appointment screen. • Log in to your Cloudpital account and navigate to the Appointment screen.

• Find the Appointment type that you want to add the Accident / Work Related dropdown to and click on it.

• In the appointment type, scroll down to the "Custom Fields" section.

• Click on any Appointment type to the drop down.

• Click "Save" to add the custom field to your appointment type.

• Also select the Exam Room.

• Select the Reminder Profile to the drop down.

• Now, when you create a new appointment of that type, you'll see the Accident / Work Related dropdown on the appointment screen.
