Specialty needs approvals in an insurance company refer to the process of obtaining approval for medical treatments or procedures that are not covered under the standard insurance policy. 1. First go the  Billing =>Billing setting =>Insurance Company 



2.Then click on the edit icon which insurance company you want to approval for specialty.



3.Then click on the add to add the specialty .



4.Except other than all the specialty approvals limits is this.


 7.Then make the appointment of that particular specialty .


 

8.Now go the view Clinical note=> Billing =>Insurance in here we can see approval limit should be shown as specialty wise that we have set in the insurance company
