Callbox is a feature in Cloudpital that allows healthcare providers to easily manage their patient calls and appointments. Here's how it works:
- First click on Others => Callbox
- Then search the lead write the lead name and click on the Search
- When we select the lead we can also View the lead.
- You can also Update the lead.
- You can also view the Past visit by clicking this icon
- If we add the new follow up then add the all these fields through the drop down.
- When we add click on the Save button the system should show a message "Enquiry has been added successfully"
- In this screen there are two options of call Outgoing call and Incoming call
Overall, Callbox is a tool that can help healthcare providers streamline their patient management processes and improve the quality of care they provide.
