How to Nurse add Vitals

The first step for the Nurse is to click on the patient's appointment. This action will take them to the Appointment Detail Screen. 

Within this screen, the nurse should click on the "Vitals" option to record various Vital signs based on the patient's condition. The vitals entered by the nurse in this screen will be displayed on the Vital Sign Screen.

• Start by clicking on the patient's appointment.

• This action will lead you to the appointment detail screen.

• Within this screen, locate and click on the "Vitals" option.

• Use this section to record various vital signs, taking into consideration the patient's condition.

• Any vitals you enter in this screen will be displayed on the Vital sign screen.
